Burst Training UK s a physiotherapy led programme with a primary focus on injury prevention, through teaching improved running techniques and addressing musculoskeletal imbalances using targeted exercises.

Each participant will be screened by a chartered physiotherapist to discuss their metabolic health and fitness. Medical history, previous injury, bodyweight/height will all be considered while advising on realistic fitness targets and goal setting.

Our personal trainers will pick up any musculoskeletal imbalances, that could lead to injuries, and provide clients with specific exercises and stretching routines.
